As a Direct Sales Agent, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our recruitment services to companies and organizations. This position offers a hybrid work mode, allowing flexibility and autonomy in your schedule.
Responsibilities:
1. Promote Seditechjobs’ online job recruitment service to companies.
2. Engage with potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, emails, and networking events.
3. Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
4. Present the value proposition of our service effectively and address any client inquiries or concerns.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
2. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
4. Tech-savvy with a good understanding of the tech industry or any industry.
5. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
6. Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in the tech industry or any industry.
7. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HND, OND in Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Remuneration:
* Salary is strictly based on commission.
* 5% for any sales generated. Can be reviewed based on performance. You are entitled to N70,000 monthly allowance.
