Job Description

Seditechjobs is seeking a skilled Test Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2-3 years of experience in software testing, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and practices. As a Test Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through thorough testing and analysis.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
• Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to identify defects and ensure software quality.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Document test results, defects, and testing processes for reference and analysis.
• Participate in test automation efforts and contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

Basic Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in software testing, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or similar.

Basic Technology Stack:
• Operating Systems: Windows, Linux
• Test Automation Tools: Selenium, JUnit, TestNG (optional)
• Defect Tracking Tools: Jira, Bugzilla or any
• Test Management Tools: TestRail, HP ALM or any

Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
