Fish Factory Worker

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Cut, clean, and prepare fish and seafood products for processing.
• Assist with smoking, salting, and frying fish and seafood.
• Package finished products into boxes and barrels for storage and distribution.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area.
• Follow food safety procedures and workplace health and safety guidelines.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet the required quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production targets and follow supervisors' instructions.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate in English and Croatian.
• Willingness to work in a fish-processing factory environment.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and safety.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions.
• Willingness to work 8–12 hours per day, 5.5 days per week.
• Availability for early morning shifts starting at 6:30 AM and night shifts when required.

Benefits

• Monthly Salary: €1,050–€1,290.
• Working Hours: 8–12 hours per day.
• Working Schedule: 5.5 days per week.
